Q: What kind of services do you offer for dogs and cats?

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open from Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tues. 10am to 5pm and on Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to bring my pet in?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment to ensure that we have enough time to give your pet the attention they need. However, if you have an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: How often should I bring my pet in for a check-up?
A: We recommend that you bring your pet in for a check-up at least once a year, although more frequent visits may be necessary for older pets or those with health issues.

Q: Do you offer boarding services for pets?
A: We do not offer boarding but offer admission appointments. Our facilities are clean, safe, and comfortable, and our staff will provide plenty of love and attention to your pet.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We also accept most pet insurance plans.

Q: Can I get my pet’s medication refilled without coming in?
A: In most cases, we will require you to bring your pet in for an examination before refilling their medication. However, we may be able to refill certain medications without an examination, depending on the situation.

Q: What should I do if my pet has an emergency outside of your business hours?
A: We recommend that you contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately. We will provide you with the contact information for the nearest emergency clinic, and we will work with them to ensure that your pet receives the best possible care.
